Baden Powell’s influence spread far and wide.
Baden Powell’s influence spread far and wide.
As did his impression.
The sun is so bight it turns everything monochrome.
Pretty street, pretty houses.
There could be some fascinating exploring if only we could get in.
Another day, another sunset.
Yo.
The planetary bodies come thick and fast in December.
What a great sign to find at the start of a hike.
The Algarve coast line just keeps giving.
Blue sea, yellow cliffs and white flowers.
The stone stacks mark the edge of the precipitous drop.
Cool tech. Cool toy.
The sea literally shines.
A different viewpoint.
Some people make launching boats into surf look easy.
Playing on another beach.
The beaches just go on and on.
The spikey plants make venturing inland tricky.
Who knew that fishing could be an extreme sport?
What a greeting for the end of the hike, oh no we’re only half way.
Phew we get to the end, before the sun gets to the horizon.
Is your jumper ‘holding you back’
Complicated sewing. Very complicated sewing.
When sewing becomes a precision exercise.
Christmas has come late, but at least it’s come.
Another job, another toolbox, another set of spares.
Iain’s favourite job. Chasing cables through the boat.
Let there be light.
We’re bathed in a romantic glow.
It’s over. The deck sanding is finally over.
That little green light is a big step forward (we think).
The jobs just keep on going.
Fiona gets her hands into places that hands shouldn’t go.
Happy New Year. (Yes this is allowed here!).
The cold Atlantic is still quite cold here
We’re not alone thinking that taking a New Year dip is a great idea.
