The low cloud weighs heavy on us.
There is a respite from the rain, at night.
Stocktake. We find ‘Marmite’ based treasure.
Iain gets super electronically geeky.
The untold stories that abandoned buildings hold.
As if derelict buildings weren’t eerie enough already.
Whatever happened here, it was big.
We’re the first ever people to see that gem.
Could this be the start of another Ruffian competition?
How cool would it be to have a ‘play fort’ built for you?
This is how cool it would be to have a ‘play fort’.
The pleasure gardens would have given a heap of pleasure.
The mussels just love growing on these.
The farming fleet is ready for action.
We find that we are surrounded by heroes.
Rain = Scrabble. Scrabble = Difficult hands.
Only Fiona would know the word ‘Quoits’.
That makes a change. Rain and howling winds.
At least Ruffian is getting a good wash.
Even inside we can’t get away from the rain.
The sunset brings an eerie end of the world feel to our little world.
It just gets eerier and eerier.
Out comes the scrabble again.
Finally, we can see the shore and the sky.
We’re even given a sunset.
The sunset just gets better and better.
Run in the rain anyone. Iain’s up for it.
Winners are grinners.
Please make it stop.
When it rains, it pours.
Everywhere we look, everything is dripping wet.
Amazing what you can do with a single piece of granite.
Apparently, this tells the whole story of Christianity.
The Ria opens up below us.
Is that a new cash crop? Poppies.
Ruffian is slowly drying out.
What a perfect day for a yacht.
Basking under blue skies by the beach is brilliant.
