Final checks on Ruffian.
Final checks on Ruffian.
Goodbye beaches. Hello sea.
And we're off.
Down comes the Panama flag.
Our first night at sea.
Downwind setup.
Facing backwards, reading books.
Another calm night.
Peter takes the strain.
Larry gets some Botox.
It sinks again.
Running repairs.
Peeking under the sails.
Wildlife as we near the Galapagos.
These guys want to be our friends.
Tending of the garden is reaping results.
Not what you expect 100's of miles offshore.
Same old, same old.
Iain makes an important inventory.
Sailing goes on 24/7.
Loving this current.
Night time tech.
Poop like a peasant? It wasn't me.
Ghosting along.
Out with the old. In with the new.
Biodegradable books.
Peter has a go at steering.
And again.
We are in the north.
We are in the south.
Toasting Neptune.
We sail into a new hemisphere.
We celebrate turning from Polywogs to Shellbacks.
