The downside; its grey. The upside; its downwind.
The downside; its grey. The upside; its downwind.
Iain tries to get arty in the greyness.
The first footsteps in the sand.
The sun goes down on us.
We are showered in light.
The whole anchorage is showered in the light.
Ouch. That’s going to smart.
Thug gets his first outing.
The glamours of boat life.
It doesn’t get much more perfect than this.
Someone is looking after us.
All ready for a day on the trails.
These guys have a lot to answer for.
Every corner of the island is protected.
Anchorage, upon anchorage, upon anchorage.
The unspoilt flora and fauna.
Wow.
Looking down on the invaders.
The rocks have seen away lots of boats.
Agapanthus, here they grow like weeds.
We stumble upon…..another beach.
Home to blue waters and flat seas.
The secret fort.
Do we dare venture down here.
White sand, blue skies, bluer water.
Ruffian rests.
The anchor is down there somewhere.
Another day, another form of transport.
Iain is fully expedition ready (as is Larry).
We have a guard Llama.
Summertime.
And so to bed.
The wheels live to tell another tale.
Larry isn’t too pleased about his fresh water bath.
He’s really unhappy about the prospect of drying.
More sewing for Iain.
Fiona pops on a frock.
Just how much tech do we need for passage planning.
That fog is rather unexpected.
